do I finance my property?
There are a wide variety of finance packages available
for Dubai property purchased off plan. These are offered by local Dubai
based lenders such as Tamweel, or global banking organizations such as
HSBC. Finance can take the form of a standard home loan of up to 70% of
the property purchase price.
However, mortgages for foreigners looking to purchase off plan property in Dubai are still difficult to obtain, and so some developers themselves may offer a 5-15 year repayment plan as part of the purchase option.
Another alternative that many people choose is to finance their investment property by unlocking equity on another property that they already own.
