How do I finance my property?
There are a wide variety of finance packages available for Dubai property purchased off plan. These are offered by local Dubai based lenders such as Tamweel, or global banking organizations such as HSBC. Finance can take the form of a standard home loan of up to 70% of the property purchase price.
